i would have given this capsule hotel, a glowing review, if not for the incredibly narrow ladder that made climbing feel like an Olympic sport. and don’t get me started on the locker room, which is as cramped as a phone booth. as a distinguished guest, a complimentary upgrade would have been, dare I say, standard.

The light alarm in the capsules is a clever idea for waking up without disturbing others, but a gradual onset would be even better. Overall, the comfort of the standard capsule enhanced my stay.

The superior capsule room placement feels cramped, especially when neighboring capsules aren't soundproof and close to each other. While the atmosphere catered to a more private experience, the lack of sociability can feel isolating. The mattresses could use more support, which was a slight drawback during my six-night stay.

i had a wonderful stay at 女性専用 woman only capsule maja hotel kyoto. the space has a tranquil, spa-like atmosphere that helped me unwind. i loved the luxurious bathroom with full-size olive oil beauty products and spacious showers. the location is super convenient, very close to nishiki market and charming shops. breakfast was delicious, especially the salmon potato soup!
